During the last 12 months, some of our best clients have been rolling out organisational ‘Commitment Culture’ projects with us, supported by Professor Damian Hughes and his methodology for high performance cultures covered in his best-selling book, The Barcelona Way. In the spirit of coaching, we offer the opportunity to learn and discover the Why/What/How/What Next from these different client journeys.

The Naked Coaching Club is an event that happens multiple times a year in Central London. This event is a lively, honest and incredibly informative panel with four clients and Professor Damian Hughes. Our clients (very generously) share the good, the bad, and possibly some ugly - to help you (and possibly them) learn how to get their arms around this business critical topic.

It will be inspired peer learning at its finest, but it does come with a ‘watch out’. We also make this an interactive knowledge sharing experience so hopefully you will feel comfortable sharing your successes and potential challenges with around ‘culture’ with other senior industry peers during the event.
